Your Information will be retained for a period of 7 days following the conclusion of the activation, after which it will be securely deleted, save where retention is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

Minors may take part in the physical activation only when accompanied by, and under the direct supervision of, a parent or legal guardian who is the registered participant. All registration, consent, and data collection under these terms relate solely to the registering adult; SIB does not separately collect or process personal data from an accompanying minor.

Participants will receive an RFID card to access and complete the activation stations. Each participant may register and participate once. The RFID system may be used to validate station completion, manage participation flow, and help prevent duplicate participation or repeated redemption of giveaways.

Giveaways, ice cream, and any on-ground rewards are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis during the activation period. Participation in the activation does not guarantee eligibility for, or winning of, any SIB Millionaire prize.

Eligibility for the official SIB Millionaire Draw is subject to Sharjah Islamic Bank’s official SIB Millionaire campaign terms and conditions. The official SIB Millionaire terms and conditions remain applicable and can be viewed on the SIB website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah.
